This Enabling Conversations workshop focuses on quick, easy tools and techniques to accelerate the development of the vital competencies required for line managers and employees to effectively hold `enabling conversations' in the workplace. Immediate results can include knowing how to provide immediate feedback, whilst building and securing productive working relationships so that participants can enjoy the benefits, such as greater satisfaction in relationships, team culture, performance and results.
Participants will leave this 3 hour session with a toolkit for immediate use in a variety of situations, from influencing others' behaviours and performance to motivational coaching. This session is open to all staff.
