Last stand and finest hour? Mahathir Mohamad and the Malaysian General Election of 2018
The School of Business and Governance would like to invite you to attend a breakfast seminar with Professor Khoo Boo Teik from the Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), author of two books on Malaysian elder statesman and current Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.
Professor Khoo’s address will explain Mahathir's remarkable comeback and the implications of the result of recent Malaysian general election for independence of the judiciary in Malaysia, corruption, foreign direct investment and foreign policy both for Australia and other countries in the region. These topics will be explored further in an interview format, followed by Q&A from the floor.
