We spend long hours at work, and when we like, respect, and get on with the people around us, work can be joyful. There are also times when our workplace relationships can be a source of stress or unhappiness.
This workshop will develop the personal insight necessary to work effectively with different types of people - learn what to do, what not to do, and avoid the common pitfalls that can derail your working relationships. When your interpersonal communication works well, you will find your relationships improving and your stress levels dropping accordingly. This practical approach can be applied to all parts of your life (i.e. at work, at home, socially).
