Mental Fitness in the Workplace
Good mental health is essential to our health and wellbeing, yet is not well understood. This session gives the participant an overview of mental health and wellness in the workplace, and how to deal with concerns about the wellbeing of others. This is an interactive session in which participants will develop skills in how to promote and develop good work-life balance for themselves and others.
Participants must complete the Mental Health Awareness Online MeLP Module prior to attending this session.
